Shipping, in-store pickup & returns


We offer a flat rate of $8.00 per order. Orders over $150.00 receive free shipping. United States Postal Service is our official carrier.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

In-store pickup:

during the weekday, please allow at least 24 hrs before attempting to pickup your order in store. If immediate pickup is needed, please call the shop prior to placing your order. If order is placed on Saturday, the order will not be avail for pickup until Monday after 2PM. 

Return Policy:

We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to bring it back to us.
Items are eligible for return if:

1. All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached  (shoes must have boxes)
2. Items are received with 15 days from the original purchase date.

3. Online returns will be processed within 2-4 days of receipt. Your online account will be credited for future purchases. Credit cannot be transferred from online to in-store; or vice versa as they are different operating systems, and inventories.

Credit will be issued in the form of store credit only. If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it- thanks.
All sale items are FINAL- no exceptions.

To return an item by mail, please fill out the return portion of the form that was included with your order and include it in your box and mail it to:

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued an online store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Items purchased online cannot be exchanged for in-store items.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
